Stir-Fried Sugar Snap Peas with Shiitake Mushrooms

This week's recipe was great.  We used it as a side dish for a panko pan fried fish and my first loaf of bread from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.  The star of the show were the peas and mushrooms!  Zach requested they show up frequently, and took the leftovers to work.  Even better: they're so easy, I can even make this when school starts in the fall with a little tofu and some rice for a fast meal.  SCORE!

  2. Yes this would make a great lunch on the go! Did you love cooking your bread? I find it the easiest way to make bread or pizza crust now!

    1. It's pretty easy. I've only made the baguette and boule. So far they've passed my father-in-law's bread test, and he's a lover.

Have you tried any of the sweet breads?

  3. I love the mingling of flavors in your meal; a stir fry, an artisan bread and pan fried fish. looks great.
